My approach to counseling is to foster a healthy and welcoming environment where you feel most comfortable to start or continue your therapeutic journey. As we begin, it might feel a bit overwhelming but it will get easier as we continue on. While I am here to assist you in a therapeutic environment, you will be in control of the sessions, and we will work together on this journey.

Are you feeling overwhelmed by daily stressors?
Maybe you feeling overcome by sadness….or you’ve turned to alcohol or the use of drugs to cope with your problems.
Whether it's sadness or anxiety or dealing with issues related to substance use, difficulties are real and valid for everyone to face in life no matter what background they come from.
Everyone should have a place to express themselves freely without worrying about being judged or criticized by others. Let's delve into your life stories together and work through the emotions you are grappling with. My method involves being sensitive to cultures and showing empathy towards your feelings to grasp the distinct influences that have guided your path.
During your collaboration time with me, you will learn methods and tools to assist you in dealing with stress, tackle feelings of sadness, cope with trauma from past experiences, and how to maintain sobriety from past addictions. We'll concentrate on boosting your strength and finding better ways to cope with challenges while also nurturing self care and understanding, towards yourself.
Your feelings are important to me.
I'm here to help you as you start on a path, towards a better and more satisfying future ahead of us both.
Let’s collaborate to regain your joy and resilience together.
