You’re exhausted. Mentally, emotionally, maybe even physically.
You’ve been holding it all together for so long that it’s hard to remember what it feels like to just be okay.
You might be overwhelmed with anxiety, stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, navigating a painful relationship, or feeling like you’ve lost yourself somewhere along the way.
You’ve tried to cope, maybe even put on a brave face for those around you, but deep down, you know something needs to change.
You are not broken, and you are not alone.
In this space, you don’t have to have it all figured out. You don’t have to shrink yourself to fit anyone else’s expectations. My role is to walk alongside you with empathy and curiosity as we explore what’s really going on beneath the surface. Together, we’ll uncover the why, build insight, and create lasting, meaningful change.
Whether you’re navigating relationship challenges, struggling with low self-worth, feeling anxious or burned out, or simply yearning for more peace and clarity, our work together is about helping you reconnect with your most authentic self. You deserve a life that feels aligned, empowered, and whole. Therapy can be a powerful step toward that.
Know that I see you. Let’s take this next step together.
Who I help:
I work with teens, adults, and couples who feel overwhelmed by emotional pain, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or disconnected in their relationships. Many of my clients come to me feeling anxious, lost, or unsure of how to move forward, but ready to start the process of change.
How I help:
Through compassionate listening, thoughtful questions, and a collaborative approach, I help clients explore their stories, identify what’s no longer working, and take steps toward healing and growth. My goal is to help you feel more empowered, connected, and confident in your life and relationships.
What my clients say about working with me:
Clients often share that they feel truly heard and accepted in our sessions. They appreciate my calm presence, my ability to create a safe space, and the way I help them feel understood without judgment.
Off the Clock:
When I’m not working, you can find me spending time with my three amazing boys, my fiancé, and our dogs. I love cooking, watching movies, cheering on my favorite sports teams, and enjoying lazy days by the pool in the summertime.
Fun Fact:
I’m a huge horror movie fanatic—Halloween is my favorite time of year!
